If you are more experienced in Nordic walking, you can also try the route from Kalbelesee to Körbersee. Numerous routes are signposted on site, which are ideal for your sport.
Cross country skiing at the Arlberg
A vast winter landscape as far as the eye can see refreshes the spirit. Glide your skis past high peaks and dreamy mountain slopes. 14 km of high-altitude trails on the Hochtannberg Pass let you see the world with different eyes. Here you are literally a little closer to heaven.
On four different circuits in Warth you will experience the beauty of winter impressions. If you want to have time and leisure while cross-country skiing and admire the fantastic nature on the side, the easy routes from the Kalbelesee, Jägeralpe and Simmel cross-country skiing trails are ideal.
On the other hand, you will have to use all your skills if you decide to take the route to Körbersee. This route winds for 6 km through undulating terrain and rewards you with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.
Highlights in Warth at Arlberg
You will find many more routes for cross-country skiing, which are excellently prepared and signposted. One vacation will definitely not be enough to see and enjoy all the nature highlights. The Route at Kalbelesee
If you want to take it easy or maybe you are not that skilled yet, the track at the Kalbelesee is ideal for you. At the Salober valley station you enter the cross-country trail at 1,675 m. This route runs fairly flat around the Kalbelesee lake.
Up to Jägeralp
For cross-country Fans!
This route also leads through the unique natural landscape of the Arlberg. As the name suggests, the entry point is at the Hotel Jägeralpe near the Jägeralpe valley station. The trail leads via the Drexelalpe and the Kuchalpe back to the start.
