Due to the charming size of our boutique hotel, we can choose the ingredients for the dishes in our restaurant particularly individually and above all – collect them ourselves!
Porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, chives, alpine roses, wild garlic, blueberries, elderberries and countless herbs enrich our unique kitchen assortment. We attach great importance to healthy, regional and gentle preparation of the dishes, as well as excellent taste and natural preparation.
It is all these factors together that make the food at the Boutique Hotel Lech Valley Lodge so special and valuable. Here in the mountains, time follows things as they unfold freely. In the harmony of the rushing streams, the scent of freshly mown hay, the blossoming mountain meadows and the spicy clear air, value is still placed on near-natural production.

The “soul-food shop” with freshly cooked and preserved food according to family recipes and as the mountain farmers used to do a hundred years ago is available to you every day. We collect and preserve the fresh “fruits” of nature in summer and autumn and you can enjoy the full taste in winter (without artificial preservatives!).
